I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.

I reserve the rights and copyrights of any commissioned artwork I produce.

I reserve the right to post, stream, record, or utilize my artwork for commercial or personal use.* (see IV. below for more)

I do NOT claim copyright ownership of any characters depicted as part of commissioned artwork that are not my own.

You are free to post your commission on whatever platform you see fit, I merely ask to be credited.

While I cannot stop you, I would request that you do not edit my work without my permission.

All payments are fulfilled in USD through PayPal invoices.

Payment is due in full upon approval of a concept sketch. This way I only receive compensation after beginning work, so nobody is left waiting with their money in my hands and nothing to show for it.

The prices listed below are base costs. Additional fees may be included depending on the complexity of a character, pose, or idea.

Additional fees may be incurred for large changes, rush jobs, additional details, or alt versions of commissions.

Refunds are granted on a (relatively generous) sliding % scale depending on how much of the work I have completed at the time of refund.

Any canceled or refunded artworks may be recycled in a limited capacity as personal artwork, other commissions, or YCHs. This extends only to basic details like pose and concept; I will NOT retain any character details or personal information.

I reserve the rights listed above to publicly display my work in both commercial and personal manners.

Exceptions can be made for pieces you would like to remain private or not shared on particular venues.

These exceptions vary and are subject to discussion. If you aren't sure, feel free to ask.

Deadlines must be agreed upon before payment as part of the pre-commission discussion, and may incur additional rush fees.

After payment is confirmed and work begins, WIPs and updates will be regularly shared throughout the process of a commission as low-res watermarked images.

Discord PMs are my preferred method of contact.

Minor revisions are allowed in each stage of a commission (sketch > lineart > color) and are included in the price of the commission.

Extensive or excessive revisions, revisions requested for previous stages, or requests that halt the commission process are subject to additional fees.

What constitutes a minor or extensive revision is subject to my discretion.

The final product of a commission will be provided via Google Drive link in full resolution, as well as post-friendly lower resolutions upon request.

Delivery time for final products is variable but I try my best to complete a piece within two weeks of accepting payment. I don't have a lot of free time to draw these days, and my artistic motivation comes and goes, but I will keep you informed of any delays or issues.
